We’re Beauty Pie. We’re the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club. And we’re disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time.

Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail - and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Execute the day to day operations of our paid search, including daily optimisations to maximise new customer acquisition at target CAC
  • Taking a hands on approach to the above channels, using Google and Bing ads plus others on a daily basis
  • Daily monitoring of budget pacing and KPI tracking
  • Constantly come up with new ideas and initiatives to drive new customers from the channel
  • Always be testing and learning to constantly drive improvements through creative, audience and measurement optimisations
  • Deliver regular reports and insight on the performance of the paid search channel to a range of stakeholders
  • Monitor product feed hygiene and help manage testing roadmap for optimising key product attributes
  • Help manage relationships with external partners such as Google and Feed Management agency

We believe it's all about mindset, great skills, the right attitude and a fantastic work ethic. If you’re aligned to our values, excited about the opportunity, and you’re really good at what you do (even if you don’t tick all the boxes) apply anyway!

  • Strong experience of hands-on management of paid media channels
  • Excellent hands on ability with all aspects of Google Ads (search and pmax/shopping experience a must)
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Trends, Tableau etc)
  • Experience of building and managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, digital first environment
  • A strong analytical thinker with the ability to optimise activity based on performance
  • An understanding and appreciation of marketing attribution is desirable
  • A good creative eye, able to clearly brief a studio on asset requirements
  • Strong communication skills
