As a key member of the Brand Marketing team at Beauty Pie, the Influencer & PR Manager will be responsible for contributing towards the growth and development of our UK Influencer and PR strategy.
Reporting into the Senior Influencer & PR Manager, you will be an experienced collaborator who can effectively work cross-functionally to execute integrated influencer campaigns that support the strategic goals of the business. With a passion for building relationships and a sense of community, the Influencer & PR Manager will deliver partnerships and activations that grow Beauty Pie’s brand awareness and advocacy.
So, what will you be doing?
Influencer
- Contribute towards the UK influencer strategy, working closely with the Senior Influencer Manager and Head of Brand & Social to plan and execute UK influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok & YouTube (TikTok Shop experience is preferable)
- Manage contractual negotiations with talent and managers/agencies, briefing content in line with brand objectives
- Grow and maintain influencer relationships, driving organic mentions and management of influencer gifting, including creative mailers
- Partner with cross-functional teams, particularly organic and paid social media to activate high performing influencer content across channels
- Alignment of influencer budgets with team leads on all respective influencer campaigns reconciling monthly budget vs spend & ROI
- Track and analyse all outreach performance, content and conversion rates to estimate ROI.
- Lead on weekly and monthly reporting for all UK influencer activity, plus ensuring all marketing calendars and documents are kept up to date and accurate.
- Management of ad hoc sampling requests and gifting
PR
- Working closely with our PR agency to fulfill PR plans across press and influencer, including event activation
- Lead on press release generation, collaborating with teams across the business to deliver including NPD, Copy and Creative.
- Lead on sample fulfillment and ad hoc requests from the PR agency, plus management of the marketing launch calendar/timelines
Affiliate
- Affiliate network activation through Klarna, LTK and ShopMy networks
- Lead the setup and scale of a nano influencer community network to fuel affiliate performance and content creation

- Prior experience in influencer and PR preferably in the beauty industry
- Passion for social and digital media, with an interest in leveraging influencers to create tangible business value
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a ‘roll your sleeves up’ approach to work - happy to get stuck into details whilst also seeing the bigger picture
- Insightful analysis and reporting on performance
- Competitive, driven, self starter with excellent networking and communication skills
- Collaborative with experience being hands on managing projects
- Resourceful and solution-orientated
