We’re Beauty Pie. We’re the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club. And we’re disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time.

Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail - and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.

Description of the role

You will be a key member of the CRM team at Beauty Pie. Reporting to the Email/CRM Manager, the CRM Executive will be integral to supporting the CRM and email strategy, focusing on customer data acquisition, enrichment and retention initiatives in line with Beauty Pie’s business objectives.

  • Build Email and SMS manual campaigns, automations and audience segments within Emarsys.
  • Work with our Studio Team to ensure our communications are on-brand, consistent and optimised for performance
  • Attend weekly meetings with wider teams to agree on the CRM calendar and ensure any trade/key product launches/changes are supported/reflected in planning

Strategy:

  • Support the CRM Manager with the planning, strategy and implementation of new initiatives to target customers, leveraging technology to deliver a personalised user experience
  • Execute continual test and learn activity, to help us improve CRM communications and identify new opportunities for engaging customers

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyse post-campaign metrics and suggest data-led recommendations to improve performance, using Excel and data visualisation tools to gather insights

  • Monitor competitors and market trends to allow us to stay ahead of the curve and differentiate our experience

Requirements
