Description of the role

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the Paid Social Manager with the day-to-day management of Paid Social activity across Meta, TikTok, Youtube and other channels as needed across the UK and US.
  • Monitor and analyse performance against KPIs whilst making recommendations for optimisations.
  • Briefing creative assets to internal design teams which support campaign learnings and continued growth. Knowledge of different formats, specs and limitations across paid channels.
  • Ad hoc support across wider growth channels: affiliates and paid search.
  • Creative asset management between brand and agency. To include briefing our paid media agency in a timely manner and prioritising launches.
  • Work with the wider growth team plus brand and studio teams to optimise the customer journey & creative.
  • Work closely with organic social teams and manage the transition of organic content to paid ads via boosting.
  • Work closely with community teams to ensure our member base is highlighted across paid activity.
  • Ad hoc reporting.
  • Stay abreast of competitor activity, owning the monthly round-up of competitor research to present back to the team and feed into future briefs.
  • Managing the process of raising invoices and POs for paid activity.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Paid Social
  • Good knowledge of relevant Paid Social platforms and reporting platforms (such as GA4) and desire to stay informed of new developments.
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly deliver insights & recommendations.
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills
  • Proactive with a flexible approach to fast changing priorities with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Enthusiastic outlook and a collaborative working style
