Description of the role
Our mission at BEAUTY PIE is to inspire and empower people all over the world to get more out of life...and this extends to all of our employees! We’re looking for a hands-on, ultra-organised and innovative People Partner who will report into the Head of People to help deliver the full range of HR services across our UK and US teams.
- Act as Business Partner across a dedicated number of teams in the business, think and act commercially, building strong relationships and providing a high level of support and guidance in ER, performance, talent, reward, engagement and wellbeing
- Manage and collate the UK and US payroll with the Finance Manager
- Manage our HRIS migration and implementation project
- Manage our Freelance contracts in line with the IR35 legislation
- Identify and deliver team specific and company wide training needs such as MBTI
- Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation which will influence HR policy and practice; ensuring that the organisation is fully updated and compliant at all times
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Lead on reporting with analysis, sharing any insight and feedback when needed with the wider team
- As part of D&I squad, lead on implementing initiatives, raising awareness and gathering data and analysis
- Manage our internal communications and wellbeing initiatives, liaising with our Talent and Marketing teams
- Work closely with the Head of People and People Director on key projects and initiatives
Requirements

- Extensive generalist experience working in HR within a fast pace scale up business
- In depth understanding of employee relations and up to date knowledge on employment law
- Experience working with an HRIS, preferably Hibob
- Prior experience of working on wellbeing programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Influential with excellent relationship building skills
- Resilient and adaptable, and ready to embrace and support regular and ongoing change
