Beacon Dx is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Manufacturing Technician to support the repair, assembly, and fulfillment of SleepView devices and accessory kits. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring operational excellence for both SleepView Direct (SVD) and commercial customers. You’ll troubleshoot and repair devices, manage inventory, assemble patient kits and accessories, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This position will be located in Cleveland, Ohio.

What success looks like:

  • Receive and log returned equipment from customers into the Repair log.
  • Troubleshoot devices to identify minor or major discrepancies and complete repairs following Product Test Protocols.
  • Test repaired devices and complete inspection records per internal procedures before redeployment.
  • Meet target repair turnaround times.
  • Assemble and kit accessories and patient study kits, including ReadyRIP belts, nasal cannulas, batteries, thermistors, and other optional accessories.
  • Fulfill incoming orders.
  • Support packaging, labeling, and inventory management per internal SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair metrics and support the documentation of tools, equipment, and repair processes.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Cleveland Manufacturing team, ensuring sufficient repair supplies and inventory levels.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in electronics repair, device assembly, or technical manufacturing (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in repairs, testing, and inventory management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality assurance practices (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn proprietary software systems.
  • Commitment to teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining a high standard of operational and patient care quality.
The hourly rate for this role is determined based on past experience, specific skills and qualifications.
