Job Description

About Bandana Bandana exists to improve the livelihoods of hourly and entry-level workers through transparency and trust, starting with finding better jobs. The broader vision? Re-ignite the belief in the “American Dream” for workers. Specifically, the American promise that hard work can lead to success — and that this applies to all, not just the privileged few.

We seek people who:

  • Lead with Head AND Heart: Smart isn’t enough. At Bandana, we want people who care deeply about the everyday Americans that we serve.
  • Have Informed Opinions (Loosely Held): We have the conviction that building for workers first is the key to our success. Not everyone agrees. We are building an opinionated product For the People — we want to hear yours.
  • Grow Through Action: We learn by doing. This takes time, energy, and in-person investment. Restoring the American Dream is not a 9-to-5 job.
  • Want to Work On What Matters: At Bandana, we work on challenging problems that make a real difference for real people. Bandana has raised $12.3M in total funding from top-tier VCs, led by General Catalyst and Craft Ventures. Learn more about our company vision here, coverage on Techcrunch for our funding rounds here and here, and check out our current product at bandana.com/search.
