About the Role

As a Campus Ambassador, you’ll be Bandana’s voice and presence at your school. You’ll help us reach students, amplify our mission, and connect your peers with real job opportunities — especially those balancing work and school or looking for stable hourly jobs.

What you’ll do:

• Build grassroots awareness: Table at student job fairs, lead resume workshops, speak in student org meetings, and partner with career services.
• Drive user growth: Drive signups to Bandana among your peers — both job-seekers and student groups — through events, flyers, group chats, or whatever hustle works on your campus.
• Run local experiments: Pilot new messaging strategies, activation tactics, and offline stunts to grow Bandana’s brand awareness on-campus.
• Source jobs: Help identify nearby businesses that should post on Bandana — especially those hiring students.
• Act as the student voice: Share feedback directly from students about what they need in a job platform, and surface ideas for improving Bandana’s product and brand.
• Optional: Create content (Reels, TikToks, memes, etc.) that promotes Bandana to your peers.

What We’re Looking For

• Grit & Hustle: You’re not afraid to talk to strangers, cold email, post flyers, or run around campus to hit your goals.
• Creativity Within Ambiguity: You’ll figure out what works on your campus — and run with it.
• Peer Influence: You’re well-connected on campus or know how to be.
• Mission-Alignment: You care about creating opportunity and helping students (and hourly workers more broadly) get access to fair, transparent jobs.
• Speed & Ownership: You move fast, follow up, and take pride in doing what you say you will.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience working an hourly job or helping others find one
• Sales, canvassing, or tabling experience
• Content creation skills (social video, memes, graphic design, etc.)
• Leadership in student organizations, Greek life, or residence halls

What You’ll Get

• Stipend: $30-$35/hr per hour depending on scope

• Resume-worthy Experience: Build growth, ops, and marketing skills working alongside startup operators
• Direct Access: Meet 1-on-1 with Bandana’s leadership team, including our Growth Manager and CEO
• Potential to Join Full-Time: Internships and full-time roles are available for standout Ambassadors

Application Process

1. Intro Chat: 15–20 min call with Adrian Abeijon (Growth & Ops at Bandana)
2. Mini Assignment: Propose how you’d activate your campus
3. Final Interview: Personal fit + feedback session
