Do you love building small businesses and working with Product Management and Product Marketing to build GTM programs? Join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Communication Developer Services and Wickr team as a Senior GTM Manager

Key job responsibilities
Within WWSO, this position is part of the Communication Developer Services and Wickr Worldwide Specialist Team, where you will lead the global GTM team for the Wickr service. You are a leader for the GTM team who work with defense, intelligence and industry segment account teams, who need specialist support for the Wickr service. . You partner with technical and business teams across AWS and bring the voice of the customer into our product development roadmap. The WW team sees the big picture and sets the GTM plan, working shoulder to shoulder with Product Managers and Product Marketing.

A day in the life
Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly reprresent Wickr at industry events, conferences and symposiums.
Be the lead GTM author for annual planning documents
Manager the business based on GTM inputs and outputs
Collaborate with AWS field sales, professional services, training and support teams to help partners and customers
Collaborate with internal teams to define the product road map, market positioning and developer program initiatives. Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps

The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), which is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience
