The Solution Engineering team plays a critical role in this mission by working with large, strategic customers to design and deliver world-class solutions that align with their unique goals. This role focuses on enterprise deals in the US market and will be based out of the Eastern Time Zone.

What you will do:

  • Deliver exceptional presales expertise through tailored technical presentations, demos, and consultations.
  • Drive adoption of Awardco’s platform across strategic accounts, expanding usage to multiple departments.
  • Create and refine training materials to enhance the product knowledge and demo skills of sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to influence product development and strategy.
  • Respond to technical inquiries and frame customer feedback for resolution by internal teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.

What Success Looks Like

  • Provide expert technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the presales process.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to craft compelling solution strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • Design and deliver high-impact Awardco product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value and business outcomes of our solutions.
  • Translate technical features into meaningful business benefits, aligning Awardco’s platform with client objectives.
  • Architect and prototype solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Actively engage with client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to build trust and credibility.
  • Stay agile and adaptable, addressing customer concerns and pivoting solutions as needed.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 6+ years of Sales or Technical experience in a SaaS/Cloud environment, engaging with enterprise-level clients.
  • Proven ability to work with C/VP-level decision-makers across diverse industries.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including needs analysis, business justification, and closing techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect solutions, address technical challenges, and uncover business needs.
  • Experience with APIs, security protocols, SLAs, and other technical aspects of SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, rewards, or experience software is a plus.
  • Comfortable with travel (up to 25%) and adapting in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
