We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a technical product background to help drive the product vision to manage the world’s incentive spend. You will function as a Product Manager imbedded on a cross-functional development team. You'll drive product strategy around your assigned product area and partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver exceptional products. In addition to the Awardco software, your passion for innovation and internal drive will assist with optimizing internal systems that are key to driving company growth. This role helps with the planning and execution of the development of the product roadmap.

What you will accomplish:

• Assist with developing product vision and strategy
• PC over the "Platform" team - focus on user data transfer, platform architecture, notifications, etc.
• Define and communicate the product roadmap
• Work with product marketing, engineering, UX, and internal stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
• Translate customer insights into tangible product features
• Write user stories and requirements for features and functionality
• Make development assignments and ensure Jira tickets are updated correctly
• Help manage project deadlines and key deliverables
• Create and update technical and non-technical documentation as the product evolves
• Explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way
• Participate with acceptance testing to ensure new developments meet business outcomes

What you will bring:

• Experience in building product wireframes and managing the product lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems
• Comfortable making customer-focused and data-informed decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to understand the needs of the customer and translate those needs into exceptional products
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Identify market needs using qualitative and quantitative research
• Experience in a tech/ software environment
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Friendly, people-oriented personality
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office/Google docs
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
