As Awardco continues to grow, and make investments in our office experience, this role will support IT infrastructure projects and the information security of the organization. As a member of our dynamic, scrappy team there will be many opportunities to be part of impactful projects, while also providing daily consistent support directly to employees.

What you will do:

  • Handle the first interaction with our employees
  • Install, Configure, and Troubleshoot basic issues related to computer software, hardware, and SaaS applications.
  • Assist in handling of onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist in network hardware installation

What you will bring:

  • Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in an IT-related academic program
  • Proficient in MacOS and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Creative thinker with the ability to share ideas freely
  • Comfortable asking questions when needed
  • Able to lift 50-75 pounds
  • Effective communicator in both spoken and written English
  • Strong desire to learn and obtain hands on experience
