In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of recruiting coordination tasks, such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing job postings. Additionally, you will take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for our entry-level roles, including customer support positions and internships. We're seeking an individual with approximately 1 year of recruiting experience, who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

  • Manage all aspects of recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms, and creating a white-glove experience for our candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for entry-level roles, including customer support positions and internships.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for roles.
  • Coordinate and participate in onsite interviews, working closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for entry-level roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to management.

What you will bring:

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in recruiting or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to learn and grow in the field of recruiting.
  • Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
