We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on hiring for the Go-To-Market (GTM) positions, while also providing support across other areas of recruitment as needed. We're seeking an individual with at least 3 years of recruiting experience, who is not only skilled in full-cycle recruiting but also possesses a high emotional intelligence and exceptional relationship management abilities. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our team.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for GTM roles and other positions as required.
  • Utilize Greenhouse as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection.
  • Leverage Sparkhire as our one-way video interview software to efficiently screen candidates and streamline the interview process.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our company culture, values, and employer brand to effectively communicate our story to potential candidates.
  • Actively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process by implementing best practices for diversity recruitment and unconscious bias mitigation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on hiring GTM roles preferred.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and Sparkhire video interview software preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Apple products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
