Awardco is looking for an experienced Director of Digital Marketing to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital media strategies, identifying target audiences, creating engaging ad content, and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels. You’ll also be central to building and following smart marketing operations that improves efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support the effective measurement and execution of cross-functional digital marketing strategy.
What you will do:
- Develop cross-platform ad strategies across various owned and paid media channels
- Drive paid media performance and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital media campaigns
- Improve the overall integrity and hygiene of marketing operations and data primarily within HubSpot, but also Salesforce
- Work with marketing and sales leaders to determine the best lead generation strategy.
- Manage integrations and automations that improve data-driven decision-making to serve our goals of driving revenue and greater brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital media and incorporate them into our wider brand strategies
- Impact full funnel marketing strategy by developing (and maintaining) marketing metrics & dashboards for: lead capture, lead nurture, sales enablement, event performance, brand awareness, SEO/SEM performance, paid media, and brand/reputation management.
What you will bring:
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B organization.
- Admin experience with Hubspot is a must.
- Experience with Salesforce, or BI tools is a major plus.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end marketing technology ecosystems
- Ability to communicate the right level of information to cross-functional teams at the right cadence.
