About the role:
Aviatrix is looking for an experienced Professional Services Operations Analyst. At Aviatrix, we are a growing GTM organization. We have developed an innovative Post Sales organization to efficiently help our account achieve value and success with out products. This role will provide critical operational support to our Professional Services and Premium Support teams. In collaboration with the Professional Services Leadership team, you will design and manage systems and processes for the organization to help the team focus on serving our customers. with strong Rocketlane (RL) expertise to enhance and scale their operations. This role will integrate TAM and CS/PS workflows, optimize Rocketlane's Account Module, and drive system adoption across teams. The ideal candidate will improve implementation frameworks, manage customer interactions, and stay updated on RL features. Some essentials to apply: Strong problem-solving, impeccable communication, and someone ready to start immediately.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage Rocketlane as our system for managing Professional Services and Premium Support engagements with customer, including system configuration and maintenance, and integrations to other systems
- Use Rocketlane the track the team’s real-time activities, and provide guidance to leadership where there may be operational gaps or obstacles
- Report on the KPIs reflecting the team’s activities to the Post Sales Leadership team on a weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence
- Perform a variety of ad hoc operational support tasks for the Professional Services Leadership team, including presentation creation, financial modelling, project manage etc.
- Collaborate with the Professional Services Leadership team to innovate improved ways to support our customers, and to find new efficiencies in our process and operations
Requirements

- Experience and success in an operational role supporting an enterprise technology GTM organization

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
