Description
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Campaign Operations Manager to help manage and grow our global marketing initiatives in support of sales and marketing objectives. The manager will excel in marketing automation and operations, specifically program & campaign setup, lead nurturing, reporting and integration with the CRM as well as management of the marketing automation platform and any connected services. You should be a marketing automation professional able to leverage marketing and sales analytics and well-versed in digital marketing and nurturing best practices.
Responsibilities
- Marketo Campaign Operations and Administration:
- Create and manage all Marketo program templates, assets, libraries, smart lists, flows, and forms.
- Create and manage registration pages, forms, and triggered emails and ensure proper 3rd party tool integration with Marketo.
- Own the campaign request process in our project management tool, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Ensure requests are complete and enforce minimum data requirements and service level agreements.
- Conduct training on relevant tools and manage marketing operations specialists responsible for campaign execution.
- Establish and maintain best practices.
- Continuously optimize email templates, landing pages, and forms.
- Document existing processes and create new processes where required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of marketing operations experience
- Marketo marketing automation platform experience as an administrator, current Marketo certification is required
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and experience successfully collaborating with sales & sales operations
- Successful track record of creating, executing, and measuring campaigns within Marketo, including smart-list development, setup, testing, launching campaigns and programs, and reporting on campaign analytics
- Experience with Salesforce.com as a marketing user; demonstrated understanding of CRM concepts such as lead management and lead routing and experience successfully collaborating with sales
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating webinar registration pages, forms, and triggered emails, and integrating with larger campaign flow in Marketo and website. Experience using ON24 (or any major webinar platform) integrated with Makreto is required.
- Comfortable creating process flows and documenting processes (existing and from scratch)
- Account-based Marketing (ABM) experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have
- Experience with ON24, LeanData, 6Sense, Hushly, Salesloft, Gong, personalization and other marketing tools
- Must be fluent in English, but competency with European or Asian languages is also useful.

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
