Job Title: VAR Manager - As the VAR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to strengthen and manage our partnerships with strategic VARs, with a special focus on Ahead, Presidio, and EVT. Being a trusted liaison, you will drive enablement, execute impactful events, and create bridges between our sales teams and partner teams, fostering collaborative relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Forge Strong VAR Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic VAR partners, including Ahead, Presidio, and EVT. Collaborate closely with VAR teams, attending meetings, and engaging in joint planning to drive mutual success. Position Aviatrix as the go-to solution for cloud networking within the VAR ecosystem.
  2. Drive Enablement Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive enablement programs for VAR partners. Organize training sessions to ensure VAR teams have in-depth knowledge of Aviatrix solutions and can effectively position and sell them to customers. Empower VAR teams to drive customer adoption and maximize the potential of our cloud networking solutions.
  3. Host Engaging Events: Plan and execute impactful events in collaboration with VAR partners. Organize seminars, webinars, workshops, and conferences that showcase the advantages of using Aviatrix solutions aligned with our strategic VARs. Leverage these events to foster collaboration, share industry insights, and generate leads.
  4. Connect Sales and Partner Teams: Act as a bridge between Aviatrix sales teams and VAR partner teams, facilitating communication, alignment, and joint selling activities. Foster a culture of collaboration and shared success, ensuring that the sales teams are leveraging the partnership with our strategic VARs to drive revenue growth.

Measure Success and Drive Growth: Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor and measure the success of the VAR partnerships. Monitor revenue generated through VAR engagements and track customer adoption of Aviatrix solutions via the VAR channel. Use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous growth for both Aviatrix and our VAR partners

The US salary range for this full-time position is $250,000 - $325,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is the minimum and maximum salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
