ABOUT THE ROLE: Organic Growth Specialist / SEO Specialist
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who knows how to make websites easier to find, harder to ignore, and better at driving real business results. If you know your way around rankings, traffic, technical SEO audits, content optimization, and those deeply unsettling moments when a page suddenly drops for no obvious reason, you might be exactly who we need. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. And someone comfortable working across content, web, marketing, analytics, and development teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support execution of Aviatrix’s overall SEO and website optimization strategy.
- Identify keyword opportunities aligned with business goals, search intent, and conversion potential.
- Optimize existing website pages and identify opportunities for new content and landing pages.
- Run technical SEO audits and partner with web and development teams to resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site health, and page performance.
- Improve on-page SEO elements including metadata, content structure, internal linking, and page optimization.
- Support backlink building and other off-page SEO initiatives to strengthen domain authority.
- Partner with content, marketing, analytics, and web teams to improve organic performance across key website experiences.
- Contribute to AI SEO, AI citation visibility, and optimization efforts for emerging search and discovery experiences.
- Manage and optimize website content within Contentful CMS or similar platforms.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, engagement, and other performance trends, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and website performance.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, redirects, XML sitemaps, and canonicalization.
- Strong on-page SEO skills, including keyword research, content optimization, metadata, internal linking, landing page optimization, and content structuring.
- Hands-on experience with backlink building and off-page SEO.
- Strong understanding of CRO and how SEO contributes to conversions and pipeline.
- Hands on experience using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Looker Studio.
- Experience in performance marketing, including Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns targeting CISOs and enterprise security teams.
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys, search intent, and conversion-focused SEO.
- Good to have experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Experience working on large websites with product pages, solution pages, blog/content hubs, whitepapers, case studies, and landing pages.
- An empathetic and responsible approach to work, someone who communicates clearly, respects cross-team collaboration, and takes ownership of outcomes while supporting others in the process.
- Enjoy solving problems, collaborating with different teams, and continuously learning as search evolves.
- Responsible, thoughtful, and empathetic in how you work with others.
- Take ownership of results, communicate clearly, and approach challenges with curiosity rather than blame.
