We’re looking for a Web Strategy & Optimization Manager to lead the performance and day-to-day operations of aviatrix.com, ensuring our digital presence is not just on-brand, but measurable, scalable, and always improving. This is a high-impact management role that blends hands-on optimization with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll guide the execution of high-performing digital experiences, coach team members, and work across marketing to turn insights into action. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, technical fluency, and a passion for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
· Lead the daily operations and performance of aviatrix.com, with a focus on continuous optimization across SEO, CRO, and user engagement
· Provide mentorship, prioritization guidance, and performance feedback to help team members grow and deliver high-impact work
· Collaborate with marketing, brand, and content teams to launch and refine digital experiences that support campaign goals and pipeline generation
· Monitor web analytics and user behavior using GA4, GTM, Hotjar, and Looker Studio—translating data into clear, actionable insights
· Drive A/B testing and CRO initiatives, from defining hypotheses to analyzing results and implementing improvements
· Oversee publishing workflows and QA processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and polish
· Maintain and improve SEO health through on-page optimization, internal linking, and technical hygiene
· Own and report on core KPIs, championing a culture of iteration, accountability, and performance
What You Bring
· 7–9 years of experience in digital marketing, website optimization, or web operations—ideally in a high-growth B2B tech environment
· Experience leading or mentoring others in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting
· Deep experience with GA4, GTM, SEO platforms, and A/B testing tools
· Proficiency with modern CMS platforms (Contentful preferred) and a working knowledge of front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, Next.js)
· Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and how to influence them through testing and iteration
· Excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills
· A proactive, collaborative, and data-informed approach to problem solving

· A/B testing drives meaningful, iterative improvements to site experiences

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
