About the role:

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Revenue Enablement Manager to lead global enablement programs across our revenue organisation. In this high-impact role, you’ll own and drive global enablement initiatives including onboarding, enablement events and continuous field enablement in partnership with executive and cross-functional teams. You will bring operational excellence and creativity to ensure our customer-facing teams are equipped to deliver value, drive revenue, and scale globally.

This role is ideal for an enablement leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and is passionate about delivering programs that drive performance at scale.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Program Ownership: Lead the design, execution, and optimization of critical GTM Enablement programs (such as global onboarding), that support sellers, SEs, and GTM leaders across regions and segments.
  • Onboarding Strategy: Scale and enhance onboarding programs tailored to diverse sales roles and geographies, reducing ramp time and increasing productivity through structured bootcamps and certification paths.
  • GTM Content & Communications: Drive the cadence and consistency of global enablement communications, sales plays, and program updates. Ensure messaging is aligned with company strategy and timely product launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and Enablement peers to ensure all programs are aligned with go-to-market priorities and regional needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or GTM strategy roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale onboarding and field enablement initiatives across global teams.
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing Sales Kickoff or similar global training events.
  • Strong project management and operational skills, with a track record of managing multiple cross-functional initiatives with precision.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills across executive, regional, and field audiences.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other value-based selling frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in enablement tools and platforms (HighSpot, LMS/CMS)

US Pay Range

The US OTE compensation range for this full-time position is Salary + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
