Job description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Recruiter & Admin to join our team and support our full-cycle recruiting efforts under the guidance of the Lead Recruiter. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying top talent, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll also provide light executive support, including calendar coordination and occasional travel arrangements for leadership team members. Responsibilities

  • Work under the guidance of the Lead Recruiter to support the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines to maintain a steady pool of qualified applicants.

  • Conduct resume reviews, initial phone screens, and coordinate interview panels; assess candidates for skill set, culture fit, and long-term potential.

  • Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance to onboarding.

  • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between executives and cross-functional teams.

  • Prioritize and manage conflicting demands

  • Assist with scheduling internal meetings, interviews, and occasional travel arrangements for executives or leadership team members as needed

Qualification

  • 4+ years of experience

  • Have a bachelor's degree

  • Have extreme attention to detail

  • Ability to take the lead with very little supervision after being taught

  • Effectively executes tasks based on given instructions

  • Identifies potential gaps in support and proactively inquires if additional help is needed

  • Highly responsive on SMS and Email
