✨ Main Mission

As a Partner Sales Manager, your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of transforming the retail industry with AI-driven solutions.

You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our key partners, driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations.

Your role will involve managing the end-to-end sales process with partners, aligning business goals, and ensuring that our solutions are successfully integrated into partner offerings. You will serve as the bridge between our internal teams and partners, ensuring smooth and effective partnerships across our four main categories: referral partners, tech partnerships, solution partners, and resellers.

✨ Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners across our four partnership types: referral partners, tech partnerships, solution partners, and resellers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
  • Develop and execute a partner-driven sales strategy aimed at increasing market penetration and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the partners to identify new opportunities, develop joint business plans, and drive mutual growth.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the partner’s needs are met and our solutions are successfully integrated.
  • Provide feedback from partners to internal teams to help refine our product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track the performance of partner sales activities and regularly report on key metrics such as revenue growth, pipeline development, and partnership success.
  • Analyze partnership effectiveness and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Training and Enablement:
  • Ensure partners are fully trained on our products and solutions, enabling them to effectively position and sell our offerings.
  • Create and deliver training programs and resources to enhance partner knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on how to further strengthen the partner ecosystem.

🕵️ Required Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or partner management role, ideally within the tech/ SaaS or retail industries.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in managing partner sales processes, achieving revenue targets, and building strong partner relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of inventory management technologies or related industries would be an asset (Retail, supply, merchandising…)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive results through partners.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex issues and drive partner success.
