About August Health

At August Health, our mission is to empower the essential work of caring for our elders.

We achieve this by providing a modern operating platform and electronic health record (EHR) that enables senior living operators to deliver high-quality care with confidence.

Caregivers are the heart of senior living communities, embodying care, compassion, and well-being. Yet, they face increasing challenges—higher resident acuity, complex workflows, and staffing shortages. At August Health, we build tools that simplify their tasks, eliminate inefficiencies, and provide the insights they need to focus on what truly matters—caring for residents.

At August, we strive to live our values each day, in every interaction with our customers and with each other.

  • Be responsible – leave things better than you found them

  • Take ownership – be decisive and take action

  • Be ambitious – build something great

  • Keep an open mindset – communicate candidly and welcome new ideas

  • Be humble – celebrate each others’ successes and learn from our mistakes

  • Stay positive – assume best intent

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve our HubSpot infrastructure — including lists, workflows, sequences, and lifecycle stages to support our full GTM motion

  • Design and execute account-based campaigns that align with key sales initiatives, product rollouts, and strategic customer segments, focusing on 1:few and even 1:1 approaches.

  • Create personalized strategies to engage decision-makers and ensure consistent, tailored outreach across segments.

  • Develop structured follow-up systems for in-person sales and marketing programs

  • Collaborate with sales and account management to deliver tailored outreach programs and enablement content

  • Support customer expansion by surfacing lifecycle opportunities and coordinating campaigns with account teams

  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into campaign performance, account engagement, and marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue

  • Launch and iterate on lightweight paid campaigns to support awareness and engagement in target accounts

  • Bring a systems mindset to how we scale — creating repeatable, insight-driven marketing programs that align teams and drive results

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on experience in ABM

  • Proven ability to support account-based, relationship-driven sales motions

  • HubSpot fluency — you’ve managed HubSpot for a previous company, including building workflows, lead scoring models, segmentation logic, and reporting

  • Experience designing and executing multi-touch campaigns tied to personas, accounts, or product initiatives

  • Systems-minded — you build structure that scales but you don’t over-engineer

  • Skilled in repackaging/repurposing content and insights into outreach-ready materials

  • Proficiency with tools like Clay, account-based marketing platforms, advertising platforms, etc.

  • Strong data and analytics skills, you are comfortable using data to inform strategy and measure impact

  • Collaborative — you can work well with sales, account management, and CX

  • Clear, concise communicator — particularly in writing

  • Empathetic marketer — you think deeply about your audience’s context, challenges, and decision-making process

  • Resourceful, proactive, and low-ego — you're energized by building, improving, and collaborating in a fast-moving environment

  • Startup experience preferred
