ABOUT THE JOB
We expect a broad set of design skills and the ability to create high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes. As the Head of Design, you’ll lead all our design efforts across a variety of products. You will be building processes that continue to advocate our attention to detail and design-centric approach.

What you’ll do:
Produce high-quality, production-ready designs
Contribute to the overall product and design direction of the whole company
Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high-quality
Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
Work closely with engineers, our founders, and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation of your designs
Talk with customers to identify ongoing needs and how we can improve and extend our product
Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company
Build a team of world class designers and design leaders to elevate the healthcare industry
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for design and figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challenges
Experience designing complex applications and systems
Excellent UI and UX skills, including visual design, typography, color, and interaction skills
Several years of experience leading and managing high-caliber design teams
Advanced Figma and prototyping skills (we exclusively use Figma)
Expressing ideas through visuals and prototyping
Ability to think through complex interaction patterns
Ability to build systems over stand-alone features
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with design systems
