About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team who has proven experience analyzing revenue data to streamline operations, improve processes, and provide valuable insights into revenue generation activities. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the efficiency of our sales, marketing, and finance operations, ensuring seamless data flow across systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The Revenue Operation Analyst role combines critical thinking and system design with change management. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, & Operations reporting to our VP, GTM Operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Analyze revenue-related data from sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to identify trends, forecast revenue, and make data-driven recommendations.

    • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to track operational effectiveness.

    • Report on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates, providing insights to leadership on opportunities for deal acceleration, top-of-funnel growth & optimization of the sales process.

    • Actively participate in lead-to-cash initiatives collaborating with sales, operations, and finance by identifying potential bottlenecks in the sales process and proposing solutions that lead to better forecasting, increased profits, and sustainable growth.

  • Systems & Tools Management:

    • Ensure data integrity by defining and driving alignment to appropriate standards for data management for the tech stack (SFDC, Hubspot, Outreach, SalesLoft, NetSuite, Retool)

  • Collaboration & Alignment:

    • Act as a key liaison between sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all functions

    • Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure revenue operations are aligned with company goals and financial targets.

  • Performance Tracking & Insights:

    • Track performance metrics for marketing campaigns and sales processes identifying areas for improvement.

What You Have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and ERP systems like Netsuite or similar platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with peers, leadership, and other stakeholders.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and possessing a strong sense of grit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry.

  • Understanding of revenue models and the sales funnel.

  • Ability to analyze large data sets with SQL and build automated dashboards in Retool or equivalent software.

  • Experience in financial modeling or business planning.

  • Familiarity with healthcare technology (e.g. Electronic Health Record (EHR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)) and healthcare compliance (e.g. HIPAA) (highly desirable)
