As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Athelas + Commure. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our integrated Salesforce platform by gathering requirements, designing best practice solutions, and optimizing based on feedback. Our Salesforce user experience is paramount, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority. They should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to support our Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy from the ground up as we grow and scale with a focus on operational efficiency. We are seeking someone with a foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning and growing in their career. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver a best-in-class technology experience and ecosystem. You will be part of the broader Enterprise team that spans all GTM functions, reporting to our Manager, Revenue Operations.

This position can be 100% fully remote.


What You’ll Do:

  • Be responsible for all aspects of Salesforce user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups

  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders

  • Accountable for the completion of Salesforce configuration changes, including, but not limited to, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, workflows & automating business workflows using Flow, and interface support.

  • Support GTM team to improve their analytical and operational needs to help the team win more business more efficiently through report and dashboard development

  • Promptly resolve user support tickets

  • Responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining user training & associated materials

  • Identify and provide feedback to continuously improve the sales technology stack

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, revenue operations, customer success, implementation services, finance/accounting, and the analytics teams to ensure the accuracy of data and the integrity of the system.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud

  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)

  • Experience in other GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.)

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (highly desirable)

  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification (highly desirable)

  • A self-starter mentality, with the proven ability to drive work from analysis to recommendation and implementation

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver training and support to various levels within the organization.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and possessing a strong sense of grit.
