As an Operator you will be a vital part of our Strongline function at our Mountain View, CA location. This full-time on-site position operates at Mountain View, CA, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We offer a starting wage of $20.00/hr and provide comprehensive training. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for growth within the Operations team working on the devices sector within healthcare.

What You’ll Do

• Problem Resolution: Identify and address discrepancies in information. Communicate effectively with necessary parties to resolve issues quickly, maintaining workflow efficiency.

• Professional Communication: Maintain regular and professional interactions via phone with patients, insurance representatives, and healthcare providers and nurses, ensuring courteous and efficient communication.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations leaders to ensure seamless data processing and accurate reporting, contributing to operational excellence.

• Growth Opportunity: Learn operational processes and gain knowledge of healthcare related technologies to grow with the company!

What You Have

• Educational Background: Associate degree (AA) required; Bachelor's degree preferred in office management, business administration, or a related field.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interactions with various stakeholders.

• Time Management: Proven ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
