About the Role

We are in need of billing operators to assist with general operations from 10:00am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday. Operators will gain knowledge of the medical billing space and contribute to our rapidly growing Revenue Cycle function with incredible opportunities for growth. No billing experience necessary – we’ll train you!

What You’ll Do

• Work on-site with our team in Mountain View, CA from 10:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday.

• Own data retrieval, data entry, and basic analytical processes related to claim submissions, reconciliations, denials, and other functions

• Identify errors and inconsistencies in data and communicate with necessary parties for efficient resolution

• Provide courteous and professional communication during regular phone interactions with patients, insurance representatives, providers, and other potential external partners/clients

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations leaders on-site in Mountain View, CA to ensure accurate and efficient data processing and reporting

What You Have

• Must have an eye for detail, be well-organized with data and communication

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient computer skills (Google Suite, especially Google Sheets/Excel) and familiarity with basic data analysis, capable of learning new tech tools and platforms quickly

• Comfortable making basic arithmetic calculations with speed and accuracy

• Experience with EHRs/EMRs a huge plus

• Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage time efficiently to complete all daily responsibilities on time

• Comfortable with ambiguity, context-switching, and a fast-paced environment with new challenges every day
