This position is for executive support to senior executives. We are looking for a detail-oriented and good-humored Executive Assistant who enjoys working in an ever changing, high-performing environment. The position will require an elevated level of collaboration and communication, multitasking and time management skills. Prior work experience in a venture-backed company is a big plus.

Position Summary

This new position provides administrative support to senior on-site executives, including managing calendars, correspondence, and travel arrangements. Acts as the main point of contact in relation to these tasks, to both external and internal contacts.
Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and communicate regularly throughout the day on schedule changes
  • Complete expense reports and credit card reconciliations as needed using Expensify
  • Coordinate domestic & international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
  • Assist the office manager as needed, including, answering phones, accepting the package and other deliveries, lunchtime relief, and greeting visitors/guests
  • Help plan and coordinate company events and functions
  • Assist in editing spreadsheets, presentations, and documents
  • Using DocuSign, route contracts to the appropriate parties for signature
  • Perform other admin-related tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Administrative Experience to senior executives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments, including with staff, board members, external partners, and clients
  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and with professional discretion
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; stellar attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Office 365, especially Outlook and PowerPoint, and familiarity with multiple apps including Slack, Teams and Zoom
  • Previous experience in startup companies preferred
  • Previous experience working in the Tech industry preferred

Salary: $100000-110,000/yr
