Location: This role is for someone based in London or surrounding areas, with the ability to visit London on a regular basis.
Due to exponential growth, Armis is looking for a new Associate People Business Partner to join the People Team!
In this role you will play a crucial role in aligning the HR function with the overall business objectives by collaborating with people managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support Armis’ goals. This role will be working alongside the Head of People EMEA & APJ, supporting all client groups within the EMEA & APJ region.
What you will do…
- Work alongside the Head of people to support business leaders across EMEA & APJ, understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that align with their business goals.
- Provide input on workforce planning, talent acquisition and organisational development.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
- Mediate and provide resolution, fostering a positive work environment.
- Partner with managers to identify talent needs and support the development and retention of employees.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and career development.
- Assess organisational needs and recommend interventions to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Collaborate on change management initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and employee buy-in.
- Ensure that HR policies and practices are kept up to date and are consistent with legal requirements and align with organisational values.
- Utilise HR metrics and data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Foster effective communication between HR and the business partner groups Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition.
- Benchmark and compare the organisation's compensation packages for different roles with industry standards.Work with business leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that support overall business goals.
- Participate in annual salary review processes, budgeting and forecasting to determine salary adjustments and bonuses.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate new and existing roles, ensuring job descriptions accurately reflect responsibilities and qualifications

What we expect…
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or CIPD qualification.
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist with 2+ years in a business partner role, working across multiple locations within EMEA & APJ.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law and industry trends across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build valuable relationships with business leaders and employees, fostering a culture of open communication, direct feedback and trust.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Confidence and ability to make decisions and work independently.
