The opportunity:

As a Go to Market (GTM) Business Systems & Process Analyst at Armis, you play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You engage in open dialogue with stakeholders to understand their workflow pain points, document current and future processes, and ensure alignment on the vision for improvement. You see how individual pieces of a process fit into the larger system. You prioritize feature delivery based on business value, lead requirements gathering sessions, and coordinate with developers, architects, and release managers to ensure maximum value to the business with a high level of quality and compliance. You possess a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and balance stakeholder demands.

What you'll do:

  1. Engage in open dialogue with business stakeholders to understand pain points regarding their workflows.
  2. Document as-is and to-be processes through cooperative discussions and obtain agreement on the future vision.
  3. Identify the most important features and capabilities for stakeholders and determine what it will take to satisfy them.
  4. Obtain agreement on how to measure the fulfillment of requirements.
  5. See the big picture while breaking it into its individual components.
  6. Communicate high-level milestones and progress to stakeholders.
  7. Negotiate must-haves versus nice-to-haves.
  8. Prioritize feature delivery based on value to the business.
  9. Utilize Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
  10. Lead requirements gathering sessions, plan and lead user acceptance testing, and gather necessary sign-offs.
  11. Coordinate with developers, architects, and release managers to ensure requirements and quality controls are met.
  12. Develop artifacts such as user stories, business requirements documents, test plans, and process maps.

What we expect:

  3. Project management experience, including breaking down tasks, setting milestones, and tracking progress.
  4. Negotiation skills to balance must-haves and nice-to-haves.
  5. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  6. Familiarity with business systems and applications.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills.
  8. Meticulous attention to detail.
  9. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  10. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience in the field, particularly with Go To Market applications including Salesforce, Impartner, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, and Seismic.
  2. At least 3 years of experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
  3. Understanding and championing best practices for scalability, stability, and security.
  4. Knowledge of integration frameworks, with experience in integrating applications using standards such as JSON, REST, SOAP, and legacy methods like CSV to FTP.
  5. Experience with BPMN (Business Process Management Notation) for as-is and to-be process documentation.

Education: Relevant experience, along with certifications:

Required Certifications:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Preferred Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified ScrumMaster or Certified Scrum Product Owner

  9. Empathy to understand and address the concerns and perspectives of stakeholders and team members.
  10. Leadership to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, user acceptance testing, and coordinate with various teams.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $125,000-135,000 per year.
