Location: This will be an Office-based role in Bucharest (3-4 days a week)
We are seeking an organized and proactive Senior Partner Marketing Coordinator to ensure our global Partner Marketing organization runs optimally. This role is critical to the successful functioning of our global team. This role is very hands-on and requires strong organizational skills. You will be liaising with multiple parties about invoicing, shipping, contract signing, MDF administration, and much more. Your role is to actively support and assist the Partner Marketing team members who are based in Europe and North America.
What you will do:
Administrative & Vendor Management:
- Ensure the Senior Director, Partner Marketing is on top of key projects and activities (co-ordinate with them) and ensure the team is running optimally
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage invoices, contracts, and budget tracking engaging with our Program Management Office (PMO)
- Ensure we deliver graphics, event materials, equipment and SWAG on time and on budget and that we are fulfilling our contractual obligations
- Chase other team members and ensure they are fulfilling their projects and workloads
- Own some projects assigned to you by the Senior Director and be accountable for their successful execution
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain and update a schedule / calendar of all the activities the team are engaged with
- Report on project performance, resource allocation, and budget utilization to leadership
- Track Return on Investment (ROI) from departmental activities
- Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) spend process and follow up on MDF sponsored activities and the impact they have had
What we expect:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in an administration / project management role, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, SOWs, and RFPs in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and file management systems (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, DAM platforms).
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
