Ares Interactive is always looking for talented professionals who want to help build player-loved games through strong partnerships and strategic growth.
We partner with elite studios to create cross-platform experiences rooted in a player-first mindset, live excellence, and enduring communities. Strategic partnerships play a key role in how we scale — from sourcing new opportunities to building long-term relationships that drive growth.

What you might work on
- Identifying and developing new partnership opportunities (studios, IP, platforms, and more)
- Building and managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Supporting deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution (including M&A opportunities)
- Leading or contributing to negotiations and commercial agreements
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Partnering with internal teams across product, marketing, and leadership
What we look for
- Experience in business development, partnerships, investment, or related roles
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to evaluate opportunities and make data-informed recommendations
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Ownership mindset with a focus on driving outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or digital products
- Familiarity with M&A processes, deal structuring, or corporate development
- Experience with licensing, IP partnerships, or platform relationships
- Background in finance, consulting, or strategy
- Passion for games and understanding of the market
