Ares Interactive is always looking for talented finance professionals who want to help build player-loved games.

We partner with elite studios to create cross-platform experiences rooted in a player-first mindset, live excellence, and enduring communities. Finance plays a key role in enabling smart decision-making, supporting growth, and ensuring we build sustainable, long-term franchises.

What you might work on

• Supporting financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across games and teams
• Building and maintaining financial models to guide business decisions
• Partnering with product, marketing, and leadership on performance insights
• Managing reporting, variance analysis, and key business metrics
• Supporting accounting processes, audits, and financial operations
• Evaluating investments, partnerships, and growth opportunities

What we look for

• Experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to cross-functional teams
• Ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes and impact

Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming, tech, or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with live service or digital product business models
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
• Knowledge of revenue modeling, LTV, or unit economics
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications
