Special Projects Associate
Applied Intuition
About Applied Intuition
We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
About the Role
We are looking for a high-agency associate to serve as a force multiplier for our leadership team. We are past the "move fast and break things" phase; we are in the "scale and dominate" phase. We are closing some of the largest deals in the Physical AI industry with global OEMs, logistics giants, and defense partners.
In this role, you will be the "right hand" to the senior leadership team, responsible for turning complex technical and strategic concepts into investor-ready narratives and rigorous customer pitches. This is a uniquely strategic and operational role with a mix of internal-facing work and external-facing collateral creation.
At Applied, you will:
- Execute high-priority, ambiguous initiatives that don't fit into existing verticals - ranging from new market entry and M&A to embedding within our product teams supporting our customers.
- Transform messy whiteboard sessions and complex technical milestones into high-stakes pitch decks and executive-ready visuals.
- Support creating the financial logic of our deals. Create revenue projections, ROI analyses for partners (e.g., the unit economics of autonomous vs. manual fleets), and scenario models for multi-year partnerships.
- Manage the collateral and documentation for our most significant deals, ensuring every chart, table, and slide is precise
- Conduct deep-dive research on prospects and competitors to identify the "why" behind every proposal.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Seeking 3-5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy/BizOps at a high-growth tech company.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex ideas into clean, persuasive presentations. You know that "less is more" and can visualize data effectively.
- Mastery of Google Slides/Powerpoint & Google Sheets/Excel. You can build dynamic customer presentations from scratch and explain the financial "levers" to leadership.
Nice to haves:
- Background in engineering
- Experience in physical AI or autonomy industries, or a demonstrated interest in this problem space
