About the role

We are looking for an experienced GTM Systems Administrator to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team and drive the technical architecture of our go-to-market tech stack, with a primary focus on Salesforce. In this role, you will report to our Director of Revenue Operations & Strategy and partner closely with sales, marketing, finance and accounting, legal, and customer success teams to design and implement scalable solutions that power our growth.

You will work at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, translating complex GTM requirements into robust system configurations and integrations. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence how our teams engage with customers and drive revenue.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other GTM tools (marketing automation, data warehouses, product analytics, customer success platforms, etc.)
  • Ensure data integrity, design data models, manage data migration projects, and implement governance frameworks across the GTM tech stack
  • Build scalable and automated solutions that streamline lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting workflows
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure reliability and scalability as the organization grows
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to end-users and stakeholders on new features and best practices

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Administrator, or Systems Engineer with a focus on GTM/Revenue Operations
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and Platform Developer I certification (Advanced Administrator and/or Platform Developer II strongly preferred)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Objects, Fields, Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Security Model, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Knowledge and experience administrating other GTM tools like Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Xactly, DocuSign, Marketo, Clari, etc.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems (e.g., Netsuite) and quote-to-cash processes
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, security architecture, sharing rules, and governor limits

Nice to have:

  • Experience working at a high-growth startup
  • Familiarity with deployment tools (Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Gearset) and version control concepts
  • SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker) or data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001) and security best practices
