We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. (Note: this is not applicable for EpiSci roles)

About the role

  • Lead our company-wide release process to ensure high quality and on-time releases
  • Manage tracking and planning of customer requests, then collaborate with our engineering teams to ensure that we always deliver
  • Track all outstanding QA issues and partner with our QA team to ensure that they are resolved
  • Keep our incredibly talented and rapidly growing engineering team productive by planning requirements, identifying risks, managing a calendar of deliverables, and communicating across teams
  • Manage development of a new vehicle platform architecture across software, hardware and integration teams
  • Work closely with both internal platf0orm teams and external customers on managing and driving major vehicle development goals to completion
  • Create and drive execution of technical roadmap for in-vehicle software applications
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timeline hardware delivery

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related
  • 2 years of experience as an Engineering Program Manager for an autonomous vehicle company using JIRA, Thinkcell, Gantt Charts, Agile Scrum, and DoE

The salary range for this position is $102,336 - $223,000 per year USD annually.
