Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.

• Lead the end-to-end design process for Basis and Meridian products (from concept through implementation).
• Produce high resolution designs, using design software including Figma and Sketch. Prototype interactive experiences using technologies, including Figma and Principle.
• Expand and evolve our "Dragonfruit" design system.
• Create detailed design specification documents for developers.
• Contribute strategic thinking to quarterly and annual roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with product team members to define, build, and release new products and features.
• Participate in user interviews and design research.
• Lead strategy and design efforts for Anaheim product.
• Mentor junior designers and participate in design-team-wide initiatives such as interviewing and design systems standards workshops.
