Job Description
Working alongside our Sr. Director of Global GTM Enablement, the Sr GTM Enablement Program Specialist / Manager of Content Management will be responsible for collaborating with internal subject matter experts to develop, organize, maintain, and from time-to-time, deliver Enablement content for our internal GTM team, partners and customers. This role is for someone who is experienced with instructional design, microtraining tactics and has an understanding of sales mindset. Your mission is to ensure the correct content and curriculum is delivered to the right audience, at the right time and in a digestible manner.
Responsibilities
o Collaborate with product marketing, product, sales leadership, and other subject matter experts to develop and deliver relevant content and resources to aid in skill and knowledge development.
o Oversee and keep up-to-date the libraries of internal and external content within our LMS and CMS
o Maintain a scalable, repeatable process for content input, curriculum development, and content reviews
o Deliver live/virtual trainings of the created content to the Anomali GTM team and our partners on an as needed basis.
o Implement modern methods of training, develop microlearning courses within our LMS and CMS, and identify new content to be created to support these new training modules
o Track the performance of content within the LMS and CMS, and provide data and feedback to relevant cross-departmental partners around the performance and enhancements.
o Maintain CMS and LMS vendor relationships and strategize on implementation of new capabilities with those vendors to benefit our GTM Enablement program
o Coach new GTM hires and existing GTM professionals on best practices for content discovery, content delivery and overall functionality of our LMS and CMS.
Required Skills/Experience
o 3+ years of professional experience in Sales or GTM Enablement
o Experienced working with LMS and CMS platforms, including Alego, Saleshood, or Seismic)
o Experienced with content development tactics, including microtraining philosophies
o Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
o Ability to represent concepts as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into a curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate, and absorb training
o Sales Philosophy experience with Medicc, Medpicc, Sandler, or Value Selling Framework
o Content creation and video editting experience with Camtasia or Adobe
o You are passionate about just-in-time Enablement and Enablement in the flow of work
o Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing start-up environment
o This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. The successful candidate must not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship to work in the US
o This position is based onsite at our Redwood City, CA office.

Compensation Transparency
$120,000 - $140,000 USD
Please note that the annual base salary range is a guideline and, for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as, knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for benefits, variable compensation and may be eligible for equity.
