ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Supply Chain Program Manager within the Warfighter Systems business line, you will serve as the integration hub for Anduril's most critical product releases. This senior role combines deep supply chain expertise with comprehensive release management leadership to ensure our products move efficiently from development to deployment. You will establish and nurture strategic supplier partnerships while orchestrating the complex interplay of engineering designs, testing regimens, component procurement, and partner deliverables. Your ability to synchronize these elements will be essential to maintaining Anduril's rapid innovation cycle and meeting mission-critical deadlines. This position requires both strategic vision to optimize our supply chain ecosystem and hands-on tactical execution to drive releases across the finish line.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Spearhead product release execution, serving as the central coordinator who aligns engineering, testing, operations, and supply chain workstreams to deliver integrated solutions on schedule
- Develop and cultivate strategic supplier relationships that directly support Anduril's product roadmap, including identifying new partners and strengthening existing collaborations
- Lead component strategy development, including make-vs-buy analyses, supplier qualification, and long-term supply continuity planning for mission-critical components
- Negotiate and manage supplier agreements with favorable terms that balance cost, quality, and timeline considerations while supporting Anduril's rapid growth trajectory
- Drive risk mitigation strategies across the release lifecycle, with particular emphasis on supply chain vulnerabilities that could impact product availability or performance
- Orchestrate cross-functional integration meetings that bring engineering, operations, product, and manufacturing stakeholders together to resolve interdependencies and remove barriers to release success
- Provide executive-level visibility into release status and supply chain performance, communicating complex technical challenges in business-relevant terms
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of progressive experience managing complex product releases and supply chain operations in defense, aerospace, robotics, or comparable high-complexity environments
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic supplier relationship management, including negotiation of complex agreements and resolution of critical supply issues
- Deep understanding of how supply chain considerations impact product design, testing, and deployment timelines
- Track record of successful risk management in scenarios involving both technical uncertainty and supplier dependencies
- Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
