ABOUT THE TEAM
The Planning Systems and Process team is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic group.. The Planning organization plays a critical role in maintaining a catalog of saleable items that serves as the connective tissue between sales and operational teams. The Product Portfolio Manager will own product catalog accuracy and effectiveness over time. This role will design and build out the highly collaborative process to manage product catalogs partnering with Growth, Finance and Internal Technology teams. Further, this individual will enhance product catalog effectiveness within our go-to-market activity by layering in visibility to product milestone and lead-times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with Business Line Leadership and Growth teams to help shape and holistically capture all configurations to be offered to customers
- Partner with Hardware Product Managers and Planning teams to map all saleable configurations to ERP items/kits
- Design, implement and lead a deeply cross-functional process for managing change as it relates to catalog impacts such as Part Number updates, Pricing and Sales Bundles
- Engage in annual planning, product milestones and change control board meetings to proactively source new additional to product catalogs
- Influence broader order-to-cash processes within ERP implementation
- Act as a subject matter expert for product portfolio management, supporting upgrades, enhancements, and best practice adoption across the organization
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- You have strong operational instincts and a track record of owning complex, ambiguous planning problems from start to finish.
- You think strategically and execute tactically—you’re just as comfortable designing a planning framework as you are diving into the details of a late supplier PO.
- You bring a data-driven mindset and can turn analytics into action; you know how to interpret demand signals, build plans, and communicate clearly.
- You’re systems fluent, with experience working across ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), and can partner effectively with technical teams to improve tooling.
- You lead with cross-functional empathy—understanding the needs of engineering, product, deployment, and finance to align priorities and deliver business outcomes.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building structure in environments that are scaling fast.
- You are high ownership, low ego, and value results over credit.
- You anticipate friction before it happens and proactively work to prevent issues rather than react to them.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in supply planning, program management, or operations in a hardware or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
