ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril’s Corporate Technology team is focused on building the digital twin of Anduril’s operations. From these systems we build and integrate data across applications, workflows, dashboards, and metrics that drive better and faster decision-making. You will work with stakeholders from across the company to understand how Anduril functions and implement both policy and tooling for our data to manage the master data across Anduril’s digital twin of operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for people who love increasing the velocity that organizations act with data. Ideally you are passionate about the next generation of defense technology and love building policy that directly ties into process for master data management. You prioritize velocity and are interested in pushing the frontiers of what master data management can do within an organization - think driving data quality and policy by building data applications rather than just PowerPoints.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the architecture of Anduril’s master data management system - collaborating with stakeholders, defining policy, and building applications to make the administration and security of data at scale easy.
  • Establish data stewardship practices and collaborate with data owners across all domains and lead initiatives to improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness throughout the company
  • Seek out problems that can be solved with improving master data and proactively work with the organization to make it a reality
  • Become a trusted resource for Anduril leadership in helping them manage their data more effectively

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in a master data management focused role - program management, legal, compliance, or business systems; Proven experience in data architecture, with a focus on master data management
  • Experience being hands on keyboard technical - backgrounds as an Technical Analyst or Consultant with a strong engineering background, or as an Data / Analytics Engineer are a plus
  • You are motivated by our mission. We are working to solve the biggest problems in defense
  • You’re energized by business impact & a self-starter: you’d rather build a prototype of a tool that makes adherence to policy easier for users rather than just writing the policy
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python or other programming languages a plus
  • U.S. Persons status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

  • Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

US Salary Range
$150,000$225,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
