Serve as a member of Anduril Industries Security Services Team supporting employees throughout the United States. Works within a collaborative team environment and takes independent action, analyzes problems, and provides focused solutions to effectively communicate information to various audiences orally and through written communications. Leverages expertise with US government security policies and procedures as it relates to the security education, training, and awareness program. Maintain responsibility for updates to various databases, documents, and training, review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Contribute to and enhance our security culture, using your creativity and language skills to effectively provide resources and training to our personnel across business lines and programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage and take ownership over Anduril’s Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA) program.
  • Contribute and update SETA-related processes and procedures in Standard Operating Procedures throughout the department.
  • Contribute to creating a security-centric culture at Anduril by reaching people in-person, via Slack, via email, via Confluence, and other outlets.
  • Use your creativity to build out our program and innovate new and better ways of training and educating our employees.
  • Track training due dates, follow up with personnel to achieve 100% completion rates by required due dates.
  • Work hand-in-hand with FSOs, CPSOs, and CSSOs to update initial security training and create annual refresher trainings.
  • Create and update other trainings as required by customers or deemed necessary by the Security team.
  • Read and interpret Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and create training for each.
  • Assign training to employees as needed and required. Work with program managers and PERSEC team to properly assign program-specific/contract-specific training.
  • Brief employees, ensuring you are providing a thorough and clear understanding of the material, being able to talk to the material, not just reading slides.
  • Create training that complies with Anduril’s brand guidance and speaks on a layman’s level.
  • Manage the Security Department’s Confluence page, posting monthly bulletins and articles that reflect current policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Security Services Team, as needed.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree plus 3+ years working in industrial security.
  • Excellent oral and written grammar
  • Possesses excellent organization and tracking skills, and attention to detail and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with conducting briefings and debriefings; ability to clearly explain security processes and procedures; commands attention and holds attention.
  • Ability to talk to information with an easy and thorough understanding and command of the material.
  • Creativity and professionalism; be able to put together training that is easy for all personnel to understand, complies with government policy, and incorporates Anduril processes and procedures. Gives people what they need to know to do their jobs.
  • Experience with DoD 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
  • Experience reading and interpreting Security Classification Guides (SCG).
  • Experience with understanding DoD clearance processes.
  • Experience with understanding the basics of SAP and SCI.
  • Proficiency in use of computers, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Confluence, and Learning/Training applications.
  • Ability to communicate and interact professionally and courteously both orally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality is required. Anduril is an “in-person” office.
  • Self-driven, go-getter, ambitious mentality, willing to think outside the box, find gaps, and fix them.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize workload based on urgency.
  • Must hold a current U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
US Salary Range
$90,000$135,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
