Anduril’s Test Site team is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join us at our Texas Test Site!
As an Operations Associate, you will help Anduril’s Test Site team execute its test plans and product demonstrations every day.
This position requires full-time travel. The ideal candidate for this job possesses a high commitment to service, relishes time spent outdoors, has excellent operational acumen, and is invested in the collective success of the team. The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril works across the entire spectrum of products and business lines, as well as all flight operations and test range management. Our team conducts full system level development testing, new production acceptance testing, sub-component qualification testing and much more. In short, if it involves test, we support it. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain accurate inventory for effective day-to-day planning at our Anduril Texas Test Site.
- Assist Test Engineers with various operational tasks supporting engineering activities, such as flight execution, material preparation, and test profile support.
- Coordinate event preparation for high-profile client visits and demonstrations at the test site.
- Support deployment and demonstration inventory, ensuring the quality and stock of televisions, coolers, and other equipment for event days.
- Assist in product installations at the test site as needed.
- Support Site in maintaining the site, including managing office supplies, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Travel 100%.
- Coordinate and maintain vendor relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive between on-site locations and into town.
- Strong organizational skills for accurate inventory management.
- Collaborative mindset to assist Test Engineers in various operational tasks.
- Flexibility for event preparation, product installations, and site maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate and maintain vendor relationships.
- Willingness to travel 25% to support other test sites.
- Proactive approach to restocking and site maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least one year of experience in facilities management or operations.
- Ability to own a variety of tasks in an autonomous environment.
- Quick learner, willing to dive into new topics, both technical and non-technical.
- Strong customer service mentality.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to lift 50 lbs overhead without support.
- GED.
- Preferred some mechanical or electrical background.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
