As a Federal Materials Associate, you will join our Supply Chain team at the Costa Mesa and Santa Ana locations. The right person for this role has excellent organizational skills as well as great attention to detail and customer service skills. If you are someone who is able to communicate clearly, lift heavy objects, and maintain standard operating procedures then this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Process shipping and receiving at the Costa Mesa and/or Santa Ana locations as needed
  • Compile records concerning quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock inventory, and/or in production
  • Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product
  • Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules
  • Complete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority
  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks
  • Organize material into an efficient picking methodology for picking/kitting
  • Monitor KPIs set by Management
  • Initiate opportunities for improvements
  • Courier inventory as needed between Anduril’s sites in Costa Mesa & Santa Ana

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role
  • Work shifts: Must be available to work 7:00 am-3:30 pm or 11:30 am - 8:00 pm Monday-Friday
  • 3+ years forklift experience, licensed (preferred)
  • Experience complying with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 52.244 and the Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement (DFARS) part 252.244-7001
  • Previous experience with management of government property & inventory management per the FAR & DFARS
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tooling
  • Familiarity with Inventory Management through lot/ serial/ batch tracking.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active secret or top secret clearance within the last 5 years
  • Experience packaging and handling hazardous shipments
  • Experience with logistics/warehouse management
  • Experience working in the defense/aerospace industry

US Salary Range
$26.92$40.38 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
