Anduril’s Supply Chain team is seeking a Warehouse Associate I in our Quincy Ma office. The Supply Chain Team manages end-to-end material management, from planning to deploying cutting edge hardware for our customers. This role will lead the management of warehouse staff, inventory strategy, and various other SOPs for several of Anduril's warehouses.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse functions, including by not limited to duties such as receiving, processing incoming stock, picking work orders, packing/shipping orders, and replenishing stock. You may work in various areas of the facility as needed to ensure daily production goals are met.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe workspace
  • Promote and comply with the company’s safety and environmental procedures
  • Complete pre/post shift inspection of assigned work area and/or equipment
  • Manage the receipt, identification, and documentation of incoming inventory
  • Maintain record of import documentation
  • Assist with Cycle Counts and physical space organization and cleanliness
  • Assist with outbound shipment packing and staging in accordance with site policies
  • Handle and control hazardous material
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively across departments
  • Qualified to drive and operate all warehouse equipment, including Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Pallet Jacks, in a safe and effective manner, will train if needed
  • Supply the production floor with needed materials (daily kitting) per the monthly Production Plan
  • Provides input geared towards continuous improvement, work instruction documentation, and standardization of processes
  • Physical Requirements include, but are not limited to, ability to work at heights; long periods of walking, standing, bending and heavy lifting
  • Heavy lifting is quantified as the ability to lift single case weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance
  • Any other task assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft office products. Word, Excel, Outlook
  • General knowledge of automated warehouse and inventory practices
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic communications in English
  • Comfortable working in fast paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Comfortable with using technology and following automated processes, including use of RF scanner devices
  • Dependability, demonstrated by a good consistent work record
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
  • Self-motivated individual that continually seeks growth
  • Hands on attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills
US Salary Range
$56,000$84,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
