Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

Anduril’s Crucible org focuses on Systems Integration and Integrated Verification and Validation. In less dense terms, our team runs war gaming exercises every six weeks to integrate and validate our latest capabilities. In order to effectively operate these war games, Crucible builds and maintains a suite of software that powers a fleet of surrogate UAV, which are used to validate the latest capabilities being developed as a part of our Mission Autonomy and Command & Control platforms. If you are passionate about systems integration, verification and validation or simply love being at the intersection of Product and Delivery, Crucible may be the org for you!

As the C2 Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for working closely with our most innovative customers in shaping requirements and pushing the boundaries for the Lattice platform.
