SUMMARY / ABOUT THE JOB
As the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible overseeing and optimizing payroll operations. You will be responsible for our multi-state domestic and international payroll along with building out sustainable processes. This is a critical role in a high growth company that is constantly growing and changing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Accurately manage and process all bi-weekly, multi-state and monthly international payroll.
  • Assist in global and domestic mobility, along with fringe benefits.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of all payroll data.
  • Complete payroll and benefit audits timely.
  • Reconcile monthly payroll and benefit accounts and promptly resolving discrepancies, if applicable.
  • Point of contact for payroll related inquiries from internal/external parties.
  • Plan, develop, and implement policies, procedures and controls to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll world-wide.
  • Resolve payroll issues and provide recommended controls to mitigate.
  • Provide ad hoc reports to various departments as required.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 6+ years experience with multi-state payroll
  • International payroll experience preferred
  • Ability to operate in fast paced environment
  • Late stage or public company experience preferred
  • Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Experience with rolling out new processes and systems
  • Knowledge of federal, state, FICA and local tax withholdings laws and regulation
US Salary Range
$88,000$132,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in all offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
