The Role
Amperity is seeking an accomplished and passionate GTM revenue operations professional to play a strategic role supporting our global GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Solution Consulting). This role serves as a primary operational leader and strategic business partner to GTM functional leaders and the Executive team, ensuring access to trusted data, clear KPIs, and actionable insights that drive growth and scale.
You will partner with GTM leadership to define strategic priorities and translate them into disciplined execution through scalable processes, operating cadence, and enabling systems. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and lead a team across Marketing Operations, Business Operations and Deal Desk.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who can balance hands-on execution with executive-level strategic insight.
Interesting Problems
- Partner with GTM leadership to clearly define and understand comprehensive GTM strategies and success criteria that align to Amperity’s corporate vision and goals.
- Serve as a change agent in the business, driving efficiencies & maximizing performance across the Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Solutions Consulting organizations.
- Establish, maintain, and represent KPI dashboards that will be used across the executive and GTM leadership teams to understand performance, trends and insights along Amperity’s full GTM funnel (Leads, MQLs, SQLs, SQOs, ARR).
- Define and build GTM operational cadence from bottom-to-top, including key GTM dashboards across all revenue functions, so each level of management is looking holistically at their business.
- Analyze Amperity data and external signals to Identify opportunities for strategic shifts and process improvements to meet long range plans for growth and profit.
- Prioritize issues for attention on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Oversee and manage a variety of high priority initiatives, along with ad-hoc projects, requests, and analyses.
- Act as an internal thought leader to advise and structure projects, identify key themes, develop mitigation plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide strategic assessments and operating reviews of new and current business initiatives and operations, ensuring that our people, processes, and systems are built for scale and long-term growth.
- Develop recommendations for optimal sales coverage and segmentation models, compensation plans, hiring plans, and sales strategies to help accelerate growth
About You
- 15 years of SaaS GTM experience, including 5 years of GTM (Marketing and/or Sales) operations and leadership experience.
- Analytical mindset with experience creating strategic and operations plans that have success metrics/goals and evolving them based on performance.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with C-level leaders. Experience managing and influencing in a highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to think strategically while also rolling-up one's sleeves to drive day-to-day operations.
- Experience building and developing high performing teams.
- Ability to be an influential thought partner to leaders across the GTM organization.
- Experience in the customer data and/or martech space.
Location
We have a hybrid work model for employees based in Seattle, WA, and New York, NY, with three days in the office days each week, providing a mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility
We will also consider fully remote in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, MN, NJ, OH, OR, and TX
Compensation
Base Salary: $170,000-$230,000. Individual compensation within this range will depend on several factors, including your skills, experience, education/training, and the level at which you join. We also consider internal equity, market conditions, and overall business needs.
Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.
Stock Options: The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity’s total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
